5 FOODS FOR GOOD BREATH

 Good dental hygiene is the best way to prevent bad breath, but also the food we eat make a major impact.

The bacteria in mouth rather than odors of food itself,produce sulfur compound that cause bad breath as they breakdown leftover food particles and dead cells

The following are five foods that fight against bad breath:

1.CRUNCHY FRESH FRUITS such as

apples,peas,carrots help produce saliva that cleans out odor-producing bacteria in mouth

2.VEGGIES such as parsley,green mint contains useful chemicals that fight odor-producing bacteria


3.MELONS AND CITRUS FRUIT such as oranges,lemons contain vitamin C help to prevent halitosis-causing gingivitis and other oral health issue


4.GINGER it contain compound called 6-gingerol that stimulate enzymes in saliva that break sulfur compound causing bad breath

5.WATER keep well hydration environment in mouth and destory dead cells thus ensure best breathe
